In my opinion the yoga balanced out the ayurveda treatment and I think it very necessary and important to combine the two. I would absolutely recommend this retreat to others! The living accommodations were adequate, no problems. Thank you for a wonderful experience!Barbara, Steamboat Springs, USA
All in all i enjoyed very much the 10 days and still feel the difference after more than a month now being back home. I would definitely come back to this retreat.Serga, Cologne, Germany
Ayurveda combined with Yoga was a perfect match. Our morning and evening asanas and meditation had made the body more receptive to the treatments prescribed. While the many therapeutic oil massages served to further enhance the yoga practice paving the way for a greater sense of integration of our body-mind-spirit. Swami Mahesh deserves top marks for his whole hearted guidance and wise ways, to support everyone in his/her healing aspirations.
Everyone, including myself went away, feeling much more energetic and rejuvenated.Rebecca, Singapore
What particularly impressed us during the three-week ayurveda/yoga retreat in which we participated in February-March of 2017 organized by Swami Maheshananda at the I-AIM Healthcare Centre in Bengaluru, India, was not only the doctors, but the nurses, and other staff were extremely attentive to our needs. Every day the doctors came to our room to check on our condition; the nurses administered medicines regularly at the right times; and we felt that all the staff including the massage therapists performed their duties with love and overall it was a very delightful experience for us both. The food served at breakfast, lunch and dinner was sattvic and nourishing.Ramanathan, Princeton, USA
My experience at I-AIM was impressive, enriching, enlightening, rejuvenating, and very, very positive. I am grateful for the experience, and came away inspired to continue to explore and learn more and more about Ayurveda - "the science of life."Andrea, NJ, USA
First of all, let me thank you for the wonderful arrangements made for the Bangalore retreat.
For me it was personally really a "game-changer": since returning home I have started my daily practice apart from a few days when I was hit by a severe ear infection.
Your teachings made all the difference: you really helped me to integrate yoga in my daily life!
I am really grateful for you. Consequently, I have also managed to re-adjust my diet regime and have indeed lost 5 kgs since.Silva, Helsinki, Finland
Even though I turned back to everyday's life in Germany a couple of weeks ago, I can still feel the beautiful energy of the retreat swinging within me. The aims that you set for the retreat - self rejuvenation and transformation - were not an empty promise. It is true, I feel lighter, full of energy and have noticed a positive change of attitude towards some issues in my life. Thank you so much for this excellent retreat.Christina, Osnabruck, Germany
Doctors and Medical staff were well informed and professional. I learned a lot about Ayurveda practices. I was particularly impressed with the combination of standard medicine with Ayurveda; and the research done at the institute is very much needed to bring Ayurveda into mainstream practice. Staff helpful and pleasant.Alka, Indianapolis, USA
