“First of all, let me thank you for the wonderful arrangements made for the Bangalore retreat. For me it was personally really a "game-changer": since returning home I have started my daily practice apart from a few days when I was hit by a severe ear infection. Your teachings made all the difference: you really helped me to integrate yoga in my daily life! I am really grateful for you. Consequently, I have also managed to re-adjust my diet regime and have indeed lost 5 kgs since. Silva, ”

“Doctors and Medical staff were well informed and professional. I learned a lot about Ayurveda practices. I was particularly impressed with the combination of standard medicine with Ayurveda; and the research done at the institute is very much needed to bring Ayurveda into mainstream practice. Staff helpful and pleasant.”

Even though I turned back to everyday's life in Germany a couple of weeks ago, I can still feel the beautiful energy of the retreat swinging within me. The aims that you set for the retreat - self rejuvenation and transformation - were not an empty promise. It is true, I feel lighter, full of energy and have noticed a positive change of attitude towards some issues in my life. Thank you so much for this excellent retreat.
